This painting was inspired by the beautiful, yet sometime pestersome bird… the magpie. A staple of all over the west this beautiful avian is one almost all can recognize.
This painting came to me as a spur of the moment idea, and came together just as quickly. I love the warm colors of the sunlight on the background, shining through the trees.
